It has been a while since I posted anything so I thought I better get back on track. This is Yaya and Bertie. Yaya looks like a very special owl I had when I was about Matilda's age. Bertie is named after Bertie Wooster who I adored growing up!

Typewriter

I need to get ribbons for my little portable typewriter - it has been sitting in my bedroom neglected for too long . I remembered it when I came upon a tiny little typewriter shop in Bayeux of all places. They sold Remingtons, Royal's, Woodstocks...! This was a drawing of my typewriter when I got is as a Christmas present from my sister. I was so delighted I drew it.
